Viral Mail Profits, (“VMP”), strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited mailings of any kind. Any member found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated. This includes Spam sent to Admin at ViralMailProfits in the form of auto replies or other unsolicited emails. All referrals and existing commissions will be forfeited, including those held outstanding prior to termination.

The sites you advertise using the VMP system may contain our tracking links and may be displayed with our viral bar. For this reason, VMP reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to the following types of programs/content:

Sites that contain adult content
Pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language, illegal content
Sites promoting HYIP programs
Any other program which VMP deems inappropriate or unacceptable

We may terminate your access or suspend your right to access to all or part of your VMP account, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law, is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to the interests of other users. In addition to said cancellation, you will lose all referrals and commissions, including those held outstanding prior to termination. The decision of VMP in these matters is final and not subject to debate.

Members have the right to cancel their VMP membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or commissions and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation request.

VMP as well as, its administrators, partners, and sponsors cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur as a result of using VMP services. Members agree to use said services at their own risk.

VMP is in no way associated with PayPal, AlertPay, or any other payment processor and merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees.

Furthermore, VMP will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal, AlertPay (or other payment source) and any other aspects of their account.

VMP reserves the right to change, alter, or add to these terms and conditions as well as discontinue our services at any time.

VMP may not issue any refunds for credits, upgrades or any other types of advertising purchased, or for failure to cancel services or subscriptions. It is the member's responsibility to cancel unwanted subscriptions at PayPal, AlertPay or other payment processors and to claim for any refunds within the terms defined by Paypal, Alertpay or other payment processors.
